• Kitties available for adoption into loving homes- 

• Kittens may join your family at approximately 12 weeks of age. 

• Kitten price is $1200. 

• $200 non-refundable deposit to hold kitten. 

• Kitten/cat will be held once I receive cash, Zelle payment or cashier’s check has cleared. 

• Deposit goes towards price of kitten/cat- the balance is due in cash upon pick up. 

Breeding cats are TICA registered pedigreed Ragdolls, tested negative for Felv & FIV (Feline Leukemia  Virus/Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) and have been genetically tested and found not to be carriers of  HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy), PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease) & Mucopolysaccharidosis Type VI 

There hasn’t been an incident of FIP in the kittens/cats at Just Purrfect Ragdolls. 

Kittens/cats are TICA registered, UTD on vaccinations, dewormed, Vet checked & come with a 1-year genetic health guarantee. 

Adopter will receive kitten’s health records. Additional information about kitten’s parents available upon  request. 

Kittens/cats are healthy to my knowledge at time of sale. 

It is recommended that you keep kitten/cat in its own room & away from other pets for first week to  keep them safe & healthy. 

Within first week if a serious health condition is found by Vet, the kitten/cat may be returned for replacement within a reasonable time  period agreed upon by seller/adopter. Vet report must be supplied to seller. 

Replacements will not be offered for anything easily treatable, including upper respiratory infections, eye infections or vomiting/loose stools (as these illnesses are common in a kitten/cat, especially during  transition periods such as changing homes). 

During the first year if the kitten develops a life-threatening genetic disease or if kitten dies because of  this, the kitten will be replaced (when one is available) after receiving a signed report by licensed Vet. 

FIP is not genetic & if kitten develops coronavirus or FIP, this is not covered under the genetic health  guarantee. 

• Adopter agrees to spay/neuter contract (this is required to be a responsible breeder & to be a  member of TICA)- meaning kitten will be spayed/neutered on future date.  (Unless adopter is purchasing breeding rights for $1000). 

• Adopter agrees to not declaw kitty. 

• Adopter agrees to not let kitty outdoors unattended. 

• Adopter agrees to not have kitty live in a cage. 

• Adopter will not sell, lease or give away any kitten/cat to a pet store, research laboratory,  breeding mill, animal shelter or similar facility. 

Just PURRfect Ragdolls reserves the right to cancel sale & have kitten/cat returned if the placement does  not seem beneficial to the kitty. If this should happen, all money paid towards purchase of kitten/cat will  be refunded.
